How to Create the Life of Your Dreams. Step One.
Consciousness is about awareness and what I do is help you become aware of your environments.
Not only your physical environments, but also mind and people environments.
Once you become aware of the thoughts (mind environment) you are thinking and how these thoughts may be holding you back and keeping you from creating what you want in your life; and once you become aware of your associations, (people environments) including family, friends, and coworkers, and how they could be potentially either holding you back or cheering you on; and once you become aware of the stuff in your home or office (physical environments) and whether this stuff is actually helping or hindering you on your path; Once you become aware of all of these things, once you know they exist you can’t un-know them!
You will never see them the same again.
You have created a new awareness within your environments.
Once you have raised your awareness, you have raised your consciousness.
Acknowledgment/awareness is the first and most important step toward transformation.
You don’t know what you don’t know.
How can you create the life of your dreams when you don’t even know why you haven’t achieved it yet, or why it continues to allude you, and in fact, maybe you don’t really even know what you want your life to look like?
You think you do but you’re a little unclear, kind of, maybe….!
Afraid to commit to one thing in case some better option comes up!
Until you start opening up your eyes to the possibilities you can’t even imagine what is possible.
Open up your eyes to what isn’t working so you can let it go and allow what you want to present itself.
But until you actually let go of what is keeping you stuck and weakening your powerful energy, you won’t be able to see the possibility of something beyond your wildest dreams, because you had no idea you could dream that dream!!
You must let go of what’s holding you back and allow your dreams to present themselves and unfold naturally in perfect timing.
It takes work but it is good work, and can be fun as well.
My work is to help raise the consciousness of our planet, one little corner of this beautiful world at a time.
Your work is to stop and listen to your thoughts, assess the people in your life and the relationships you have, and take a good hard look at your physical spaces…are they working for you or against you?
